"Waveringly... feigning... in midnight's air..."

An unfortunate soul, born to a family of dissent, Despair is the younger twin of Dismay. Though she tends to be somewhat withdrawn, her presence carries a great impact on her surroundings. She searches out connections to others but inevitably infects those who come near with an unbearable emotional sickness. Hope is lost on her as negatively grounded beliefs remain forever unchanged deep within her essence. As such, the dark radiance is much like a sea of parasites looking for a new host to bring down. 

In Episode 3, she accompanies Disharmony to ruin dO's concert. As consolation for her condition, she shares her feelings with her victims by releasing spiritual venom in efforts to complete what Disharmony had started. With a meek demeanor, she can bring down even those with the strongest resolve.
