One may see Gelo's younger sister as an overachiever but as one would expect, she naturally disagrees. Being the youngest of three, she has no qualms in expressing what she believes and dictating what she wants to accomplish. She keeps herself looped in social circles while keeping her eyes on her intended direction (though the destination may change from time to time). When Gelo left for Korea, he left his cat with Nikki and their brother Phil. They shared great times together as Casey the cat became like family. One somber day however, Casey was found to have crossed to the Great Beyond due to old age. Nikki was devastated and though she had a hectic schedule of her own, she made mementos to honour his memory.

In Episode 5, Nikki stumbled upon a shocking sight- the pet from the past appeared vibrant and vocal. It was Casey but not the Casey she had raised; he was regarded as "Master Casey." Amidst the confusion, she, Phil and Gelo had a mission to take on Heat, the being responsible for sudden, abnormal weather patterns. Putting aside her concerns, she joined the other two in restoring nature's balance.
