Peter, originally from New Zealand, met Gelo during their teaching years in Korea. Being adept at linguistics, it wasn't long before he could communicate with ease in multiple languages while adapting to Korea one step at a time. He was instinctively dedicated to the teaching profession however he and Gelo wanted to establish something of their own. It was then that Gelo Animation Studios came alive.

Being able to identify with people from both Korea and New Zealand, he was able to host his talents in a new way as marketer (Gelo also recieved many valuable tips on his poor dress sense). We first see Peter in Episode 2 rounding up the troops for a trip to the moon though a certain fellow known as The Company began interfering with their plans. Peter believed they all earned that trip and sought justice beside Gelo and Soy against the threat that held them back. Although his predisposition sometimes leads him to frustration, that same temperament is the driving force that keeps his aspirations breathing.
